Refund and Returns Policy

  1. Applicable products are returnable within the applicable return window if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, is defective, or different from their description on the product detail page on “”.
  2. Return will be processed only if: 
    • it is determined that the product was not damaged while in your possession
    • the product is not different from what was shipped to you
    • the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card, and all the accessories therein)
  3. Products may not be eligible for return in some cases, including cases of buyer’s remorse such as incorrect model or color of the product ordered or incorrect product ordered.
  4. Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.
  5. No additional information is required to return an eligible order unless otherwise noted in the category-specific policy.  
  6. Products purchased by international customers are not eligible for returns. However, orders made by international customers are eligible for refunds. 

How and when would I get a refund for a returned order?

If you are returning your product, the refund will be processed immediately after the product has been picked up by us. Once the refund is processed, your bank might take 5-7 days to credit the amount to your account.

All products are covered under our 10 day easy return policy. If you’re not happy with the size of any product purchased, or change your mind regarding the color you picked, we’ll be happy to exchange it for you. If you don’t like our product, we’ll refund the same. If the product is tried or the tag is removed, they are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Note: If you’ve received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, you can contact us within 10 days from the delivery of the product.
